Kelli Pallone
This is Kelli Pallone’s first year teaching at Ridgeway. Kelli taught previously in Harrison, NY at the elementary level for 31 years. She has a master’s degree in education Nursery through 6th grade from Iona College. Kelli’s passion for teaching young children stems from the belief that every child is a unique individual with distinct learning styles, strengths, and backgrounds. She is deeply committed to recognizing and supporting their different emotional, social, and academic needs to create an inclusive environment where they feel safe to grow. “Every Child is a different kind of flower, and all together, make this world a beautiful garden”.-Rumi
When Kelli is not teaching she enjoys spending time with her family, walking in nature, kayaking with her son, reading, and traveling.
